Located in the sought-after Villas of St. George, this charming beachfront townhome offers unobstructed views of the Gulf, direct access to the beach via a private boardwalk over the dunes, and no roads to cross—just steps from the sand.
Enjoy stunning views of the Gulf, the community pool, and the manicured tropical grounds right from your private decks off the living room (2nd floor) and master bedroom (3rd floor). Please note: there is no elevator in the unit.
Inside, you'll find a bright, beachy interior with thoughtful touches throughout. The home features:
Comfortable luxury bedding
Two full bathrooms
A full-sized, well-equipped kitchen
In-unit washer and dryer
A 65” Smart TV in the living room and an additional TV in the master bedroom—both with cable

Everything was awesome. It was very clean very welcoming. The only thing I would say is it could’ve used a few more bath towels.

Everything about Barbara’s place was perfect for us. We had the BEST time and the location was great. Barbara was very accommodating and we would definitely come back.

Excellent location, walking distance to almost everything. Great views! Perfect spot for being in the middle of it all. Only drawback was the parking. About half the time, there weren’t enough spaces and we had to find somewhere to park. I assume this was due to the rented golf carts in spaces which is no fault of the owner. We’d definitely stay again. Highly recommend.
