A beautiful place to lounge away a summer day while relaxing in the deck swing and taking in the island breeze! Featuring 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and comfortably sleeping 10. The open concept common areas make spending time together as a family a breeze. The living area features cozy seating, a large TV and Gas fireplace. The kitchen is well stocked, boasting plenty of cabinetry, beautiful quartz counter tops, breakfast bar and stainless appliances. The breakfast bar seats 6 to enjoy a delicious snack, or meal. The warm glow of recessed lighting accentuates the mosaic backsplash, while the aromatic symphony of your anticipated meal fills the air. The adjacent dining area features a large table that seats 6, surrounded by large windows that showcase the islands beauty from each window. The beautiful tile flooring will lead you room to room starting on the East side of the home where you will find the master suite featuring a king bed, TV, French door leading to the deck and en-suite bathroom with elegant quartz vanity and hand-crafted walk-in tile shower. On the west side of the home you will find a queen suite featuring a queen bed, TV, French door leading to the deck and en-suite bathroom with quartz vanity and walk-in tile shower. Also on this side of the house is the bunk room with two bunk beds (4 singles) and a shared bathroom with a tub for soaking and bathing the kids after a fun day at the beach or taking a hot shower. The exterior of the home offers a large covered beachside deck with Adirondack chairs and picnic table perfect for dining outside.
