Prima Villa could be an incredible vacation home. However, it could really use a little TLC. There were a few things that need to be repaired - the toilet in one of the bathrooms is loose and bangs against the wall when you sit on it, one of the sliding glass doors' handle is off, kitchen sink faucet leaks, kitchen is sparsely stocked, the picnic table on the screened in porch is falling apart. the location and layout of the house is fantastic but the interior of the house could use a little care. It appears the owners don't do anything to upkeep the house and it is falling into disrepair. All that said, the house was clean and the location is great. We had a fabulous week at SGI.

The location was perfect! The AC worked great & the house was clean. Things that could be fixed: a door Handle, toilet in one Bathroom was very loose & would bang on the wall, one bathroom had hot water the other not so much. They need a new coffee maker (It took 45 min to make a pot of coffee). There was mold and rust around some of the air vents. I'm used to having basic condiments in the house and there were none. In addition, only one trash bag, 2 TP rolls & one paper towel roll were provided (again, I'm used to having more in the house).All in all we had a good time, but I do think they could take a couple of days to do some fixes around the place.
