Well located and very quiet. Good food. We arrived on a public holiday .... the accommodation was closed for that day (there was noone else booked in), but as we had booked it online the host was there when we arrived to welcome us. The host arranged a guide for us ... I can highly recommend Mohammed who is very knowledgable about Fes and its history.
No issues with this accommodation.

A lovely Riad that has been recently renovated, giving it a fresh and charming atmosphere while preserving its authentic style. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well maintained. The beds are comfortable.
The bathroom could benefit from few minor updates (lighting,..).

The riad itself is clean, historic, and beautifully decorated in a traditional Moroccan style. Breakfast was also nice, and having it on the rooftop terrace with a view of the old medina was a highlight. The owner was kind and helpful throughout our stay.
A couple of minor downsides: the glass details in the room door, while very beautiful, let in some light at night, which affected our sleep, and the air conditioning in the room had an unpleasant smell, so we didn’t use it, even though it was a little cold for us. Overall though, a pleasant stay.

Location and terrace
Negative experience. The place was extremely dirty: hair in the bathroom, hair in the shower and even in the bed, spit in the sink, dirty cutlery, and food that was overly greasy. There was no proper check-in — no one was there, I had to knock, and some people followed me asking for money. On the last night, the owner, in an insistent and intimidating manner, asked me to give him a 10-star review. The Wi-Fi was terrible.
