Super hosts, super location, super breakfasts. Pancakes, bacon & maple syrup as a Sunday treat, sublime. I had a super time, thank you Debbie & Steve. Hope to come again. Loved the view from my room, especially the cows, having been a dairy farmer. Brilliant all round.
My stay was over too quickly!

Property was well equipped - toiletries, hairdryer, fridge, patio with table and chairs etc.
Easy parking.
Breakfast was really nice with good fresh well cooked food.
Quite handy location with plenty of places to visit within 40 minutes drive. (The roads closest to the farm are narrow farm tracks so can be a bit daunting but after 5 minutes you are on better roads )
Handy pub next door (it does get busy so book in advance for food).
Although I totally understand why the owner does it, I did not like ordering breakfast on an app the day before.
We stayed for 3 nights, we had 1 bath and 1 hand towel each during that time - I think maybe extra towels would have been better.

We were made very welcome meeting Debbie on arrival bless her as she was busy preparing for the next day’s guests for the Tea rooms,
Pub next door was a wonderful surprise great food and a nice selection of drinks for all .
Nothing really it was just a nice little relaxing weekend break away .

Debbie and Steve were welcoming and friendly, the room (no. 9) was clean and comfortable. The breakfasts were really good (Steve's cheese omelettes were legendary!) There is a simple app that was easy to download and instal for ordering breakfasts, and, even though I missed the deadline once or twice, the meal was always ready there for us in the morning! Thanks! The breakfast room overlooked a slow river that boasted kingfishers, though I never saw one.
