Villa Zahara is a large villa with a private pool and grass-covered gardens, ideally located near Alcudia and its unforgettable sandy beaches. With 3 bedrooms, 240 m2 of interior space, cosy interiors and spacious common areas, the villa can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people. The well-maintained gardens of over 5,000 square metres complement the surroundings.Inside, the villa is air-conditioned and has been renovated to a high level, preserving all the traditional Mallorcan charm. The main living room is located on the ground floor. It consists of a beautiful lounge (with air conditioning), fully equipped kitchen, dining room, independent laundry room and even an "inner garden". On the ground floor there are also 2 cosy bedrooms (air-conditioned, one double, one double), a family bathroom and a toilet. On the upper floor there is a beautiful double room with air conditioning and en-suite bathroom. A large terrace with views of the pool, garden and surrounding countryside for endless relaxation under the Mallorcan sun.In the exterior, the villa is surrounded by extensive gardens with sunbathing terraces, flowers, trees and Mediterranean shrubs. The private pool has an area of 35 m2 and has comfortable sun loungers so that guests can enjoy it. The spacious terraces are furnished with sofas, armchairs and a dining table, perfect for eating and living outdoors. There is also a barbecue.Free air conditioning from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM.Welcome to a house to enjoy holidays and Mallorca.Important information to take into account:In the event of key loss or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of €50 will be applied during office hours and €75 outside of office hours. New keys must be collected by the guest at our office.On the check-out day, no rubbish should be left on the property. Guests must remove it; otherwise, a charge of 150 € will be applied for waste management.The guest registration is required by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021, of 26 October) and Greece (Law 4446/2016), therefore close to your arrival date, we will send an online check-in link for the registration of all guests.
