Next, we access the dining room with a huge solid wood table. We also have a small desk in case you have to do any pending work. On this floor we have a complete bathroom with a shower and a double room with a double bed (150x200cm) and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub.Next to the living room, going down three steps, we have a magnificent fully equipped kitchen with a 90cm oven that will delight cooks.The whole house has details of noble wood that give a very rustic touch while making the house warmer, of course the house is fully equipped with air conditioning in all rooms and living room.On the upper floor we have 2 double rooms. One with a double bed (150x200 cm) and a small private terrace and the other with two single beds (90x200cm). These two rooms share a full bathroom with a bathtub.Outside areaIt is perfectly designed to make the most of the area, both during the day in the pool (4.5x3.5 m), lying in the hammocks, sunbathing or under the umbrellas, or playing ping pong.And in the afternoon/evening, enjoy the covered outdoor dining area with a beautiful and huge granite table next to the Barbecue area, prepared with all the utensils, a sink, and most importantly a fridge in which to have all the cold drinks to be able to enjoy meals in the open air or in the pool or sunbathing.In addition to all the above, the property has fruit trees, orange, lemon... and guests can enjoy their sun-ripened fruits.Note 1. Final cleaning cost is included in the rental price. This circumstance does not exempt the client from his obligation to take care of the property. Nothing will be taken from the deposit as long as the use of the house is reasonable.Note 2. In those properties where it is possible to include an extra bed, and always subject to availability, the cost will be €15 per person per day.Note 3. Check-out time is 10:00. If a later check-out is possible, it is always subject to availability and will cost 90 € until 13:00 and 160 € until 16:00.Note 4. Free entry to the accommodation with our agency staff until 10 pm, €30 (10 pm–midnight) or €50 (after midnight). There is also the option of free self-check-in with a staff welcome the next day.Note 5. The electricity is not included in the price, the cost is €0.25/Kw to be paid on the day of departure.Note 6. On the Balearic Islands, all hotels/ tourist accommodations have the obligation of charging the guests over the age of 16 the Tourist Tax, which is then transferred to Local Authorities.
