About this villa rental
Nestled in the medieval town of Alcudia, this stunning three bedroom, two bathroom villa really does have everything needed for a much needed relaxing break, set in lush greenery, and the backdrop looking like a painting, it's a superb choice to unwind.
The ground floor hosts a beautifully decorated open lounge/ dining room, with plenty of natural light filtering in from the windows, a kitchen leads off from there which is fully equipped to enjoy a self catering holiday, this floor also has a guest toilet, and two of the three bedrooms, upstairs has 1x double bedroom, all three have air conditioning to ensure a comfortable night sleep during the summer months.
Outside is where the real beauty of this villa stands, walk down the stairs in the morning with a coffee and enjoy the sunrise from one of the comfortable seating areas. The gated pool keeps a safe environment for small children, it is surrounded by sun loungers and a shaded seating area. The villa has private off road car parking.
Situated between Pollenca and Alcudia it offers the opportunity to explore everything this side of the island has to offer, venture into the perfectly restored walled city of Alcudia, with it's maze of narrow streets and historic architecture from across the ages, or spend a day at one of the many golden sandy beaches soaking up the Mallorcan sun, if you like to keep busy why not try your hand at parasailing or some of the water sports on offer.
Please note the master bedroom features a balcony that maybe lower than you are used to at home, please ensure children are supervised at all times.
To access the villa there is a path which is 210cm wide. The front door has a width of 92cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 70cm wide. There are no steps from the parking area to the villa, however there are a few steps down from the main door to the alfresco dining area. There are further steps down to the poolside. These can be seen in the images. The terrace is a mixture of grass and tiles. Inside, there is 1 step down to the dining area. Both ground floor bedrooms have a door width of 70cm, whilst the shower room door is also 70cm wide. There are 17 steps to the first floor.
