Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt mit der Familie in der Finca. Der Aussenbereich, der Pool und der Garten waren schön. Uns hat die große Sommerterrasse mit großem Tisch und Tischtennis Platte gefallen und der Sommerküche gefallen. Tolle Lage, absolute Privatsphäre. Die Küche ist schon in die Jahre gekommen und braucht ein Update. Das Geschirr gehört erneuert, auch mehr Töpfe wären hilfreich. Das große Bad oben hatte eine defekte Armatur und konnte nicht genutzt werden.

Die Lage der Finca ist Top. Kurze Wege nach Alcudia und Pollenca. Kleinere Abzüge bei den Betten. Diese bzw. die Matratzen bzw. Lattenroste müssten mal erneuert werden. Eine Armatur in einem Badezimmer war defekt. Da es genügend Ausweichmöglichkeiten gab ok, aber grundsätzlich sollte das vor der Ankunft der Gäste gecheckt werden. Fernsehen ging auch nicht, war uns aber nicht wirklich wichtig.

Great house with a lot of space. Unfortunately a bit outdated and minor items are broken (badroom lights). Nevertheless the house is great for lege families. Sauna, Jaccuzi and pool are a great feature !

Die Finca ist außen sehr schön, großes Haus, großes Gelände. Innen ist leider lange nicht investiert worden. Die Stühle am großen Esstisch sind morsch, einige Steckdosen sind ohne Abdeckung (für Kinder gefährlich), in den Bädern roch es auch nach intensievem Lüften muffig. Alle Möbel sind einfach sehr gebraucht, die Betten knarrten. Heizung/Warmwasser bei Ankunft defekt, nach dem 3. Besuch lief sie. Sehr schön ist der große Garten mit den Zitronenbäumen, der Pool und die gute Lage der Finca.
