The villa is set in an open farmland area with views across the lovely S'Alburefeta wetland, to the bay of Pollensa, Formentor peninsula and the mountains behind Pollensa. Inside, the kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, gas hob, electric oven, microwave and a breakfast table. There is a large lounge/dining area with seating for 8 around the table, two sofas, TV with satellite channels, CD and DVD player. The four air-conditioned bedrooms and two bathrooms are on either side of the lounge diner, a bright double room, a twin bedroom and a full bathroom on one side and on the opposite side, two twin bedrooms and a bathroom. At the back of the house, there is a third bathroom (shower/laundry) with its' own entrance. Outside, the hedged lawn area is perfect for children to play in and next to this there is a covered terrace with seating for a large family to dine al fresco on the warm summer evenings as well as a built-in barbecue for grilling meals. The private pool measures 9.5 x 4.4 meters and sun loungers are provided for lazy days around the pool. A set of external steps leads up to a lovely furnished and railed roof terrace, a place to enjoy the excellent panoramic views, relax with a drink and watch the sunset over the varying landscapes.
