Villa Sa Marina for 10 people with private pool wifi

Just a few kilometres from the beautiful beaches of Puerto de Pollensa and the charming town of Pollensa, the villa becomes the ideal place to relax. The property features spacious covered terraces to enjoy outdoor meals or a good book, while in the garden there is a refreshing private pool, perfect for sunny days. Additionally, the jacuzzi offers a moment of relaxation under the Mallorcan sky, available during the months of March, April, May and October, with an additional heating cost.



Inside, the villa has a bright living-dining room with direct access to the terrace and pool, a fully equipped kitchen and several bedrooms, all with private balcony and clear views. The upper floor offers a spacious terrace with spectacular views of the Albufera de Alcudia, perfect for enjoying sunrises and sunsets. With all necessary amenities, the villa combines privacy, comfort and an unbeatable location to enjoy a unique holiday experience.



Important information to keep in mind:

In case of key loss or if left inside the accommodation, a charge of €50 will be applied during office hours and €75 outside office hours. New keys must be collected by the guest at our office.



On the check-out day, no rubbish should be left on the property. Guests must remove it; otherwise, a charge of €150 will be applied for waste management.



Guest registration is required by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021, of 26 October) and Greece (Law 4446/2016), so close to your arrival date, we will send an online check-in link for registration of all guests.
