Villa Catalina Polit

It is such good value for money. We were a family of 12 with ages ranging from 5-65 and it was large and spacious enough for all of us. The pool was a great success and so were the very generous extras that were left for us. Apart from the beer keg there were a couple of bikes for the children and toys for the pool. With the playground,table tennis and snooker there was so much for us all to do. There was also a very welcome and generous welcome package of food and drink. Alcudia old town is walkable during the day. A car would be useful. It’s quiet and very comfortable and we all had a great stay.

The pool has no shallow end. The shallowest depth is 1.6m. As the walk into Alcudia is along a busy main road it’s quite dangerous to walk back in the dark. £100 for 5 days of electricity with no air con or washing machines used seemed a bit excessive

We had two families in our party and the separation between the upstairs and downstairs was perfect for us. The villa was really clean, as was the pool. We were also very grateful for the care package of food the owner provided us on arrival. It had all of the essentials that meant we could enjoy our holiday right away.

Stunning villa, out of town and away from other properties so you wont disturb anyone. Alcudia is very beautiful, by far the best town to visit in Majorica, the old town is stunning and prices to eat there are very reasonable, less than down by the port. The villa is huge, they really need to sell it more. Welcome food and drinks on arrival was the best we have seen and the 80 odd pint keg was the finishing touch. A great villa for socialising, ideal for two families, lots to do in the area and the town and a bit more classy than other areas. Had great fun in the pool, highly relaxing, table tennis competitions and drinking at the bar.

No tips on the end of the pool queues, that is it!
