About this villa rental
Family farm for 4 people with a beautiful swimming pool, large garden and barbecue area.
First, you enter the tastefully furnished living room. There are comfortable sofas, a television and internet connection. Next to the living room is a lovely bedroom with a double bed. In addition, there is a dining room that integrates the kitchen. From here, a beautiful spiral staircase leads to another bedroom, which is equipped with two single beds. Of the two bathrooms installed in the house, one has a shower and the other a bathtub.
There is much to discover in the elaborately designed outdoor area, first of all the beautiful and different seating areas, prepared on the wide terrace in front of the estate. Several garden furniture, of course in the refreshing shade. Another seating area with high-quality furniture is located on the garden porch. Next to the house, there is a fully equipped outdoor kitchen for professional barbecue evenings and sociable barbecues.
From here, one has good views of the enormous and well-maintained garden.
A playground has been built with a swing and a sandpit. The highlight of the outdoor area is, of course, the large pool with its comfortable loungers.
A great option for a holiday on an estate with children.
IMPORTANT:
- All additional payments and online registration procedures are managed through instant messaging, outside the platform.
- All guests over 16 years old staying in holiday homes must pay the tourist tax. Some portals do not charge it, in this case they will receive a separate message to make this payment.
- Electricity included (3 kw/day per person)
- A refundable deposit will be charged.
- Parties are not allowed.
- To comply with the law, an identity document is required from all guests before entering the house.
- Please note that the gardener accesses the outdoor area one or more times per week for garden and pool maintenance.

Die Finca liegt ziemlich abgeschieden in einer ruhigen alleinlage und dennoch erreicht man Alcudia in 5 Minuten mit dem Auto. Das Aussengelände ist traumhaft schön.

Sehr schöne, ruhig gelegene Finca, abseits vom Trubel - und trotzdem nur 5 Minuten Autofahrt nach Alcúdia-Stadt und an den Strand. Außenbereich mit kleinen Kindern durch den Außenspielplatz ideal, zumal der Pool sicher abgedeckt werden kann. Der ist auch schön groß, aber nicht geheizt. Super ist die Außenküche, so dass man in der Sonne kochen oder grillen kann. Waschmaschine ist ebenfalls vorhanden, ebenso viele grundlegende Sachen zum Kochen (Gewürze, Öl etc.). Im Haus war es zu Beginn recht kühl und Aufheizen dauerte etwas, aber das war der Jahreszeit (Anfang April) geschuldet. Zum zweiten Schlafzimmer führt eine sehr schmale, enge Treppe, das ist also eher nichts für Kinder. Die Zufahrt zum Haus ist beim ersten Mal ziemlich abenteuerlich, aber man gewöhnt sich recht schnell dran. Mit einem Auto größer als Golf wäre ich aber vorsichtig... Mallorcacharme und die Eigentümer waren sehr hilfsbereit und schnell. Hatten einmal ein kleines Wespennest entdeckt und einmal kurzzeitig kein warmes Wasser, was jeweils sehr zeitnah beseitigt wurde. Wir waren sehr zufrieden!

Die Finca war sehr liebevoll, die Betten ganz kuschelig und alles war sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Der gepflegte Garten war sehr schön und mit seinen Sitzmöglichkeiten, der Wäscheleine und den Fahrrädern sehr besucherfreundlich durchdacht. Außen gab es eine durchdachte zweite Küche - ganz toll!
Die Zufaht war schwer zu finden und mit einem größeren Auto kaum passierbar.

The Owners need to make it very clear ....Access to this Villa is Restricted !!!!! ... there is a very narrow lane you have to navigate through, with walls on both sides.
The Villa itself is ok but tired and in need of some TLC. broken mosquito nets on windows, intermittent aircon units, hotwater works for short time etc..
Our kids loved the pool, and location of villa is great for Alcudia and Pollensa , but the worry about getting the hire car in and out of villa took the shine off the enjoyment of the villa.
P.S. - the management company will comment on my review and say they will take my views on board ..... no they wont , they say that to all reviews and have yet to amend the description of the Villa to mention access is very restricted by car !

"The actual finca is lovely and so is the pool.
Nice with aircon but two of them are poor and very noisy.
Hopeless to access to the property with car. This should really be stated up front.
