A special feature for families: children can feed the chickens in the garden, which are located in the villa, and fresh eggs are available on request. Cyclists will appreciate the location of the finca, as it is on the most famous cycling route Camí d'es Brasals, the road that connects Alcúdia with Pollença. Inside, the finca combines modern and rustic elements with a cosy and harmonious interior. Warm earth and cream tones create a cosy atmosphere. The kitchen with its elegant white high-gloss surfaces is fully equipped to prepare delicious meals. The spacious dining table is ideal for shared meals and the adjoining living room provides a cosy place to relax, perhaps with a good film. There are three bright and inviting bedrooms and two modern bathrooms, all decorated with bright colours and beautiful furnishings to ensure a refreshing start to the day. This tasteful villa is located in the beautiful north of Mallorca, in a fantastic rural location. Surrounded by fields and meadows, it is wonderfully quiet and idyllic. You can easily do your daily shopping in the historic centre of Alcudia, just 1 km away. Here you will find several supermarkets, an ATM, a pharmacy, many other shops and good restaurants to enjoy in the company of family or friends.
