The booking includes bed linen and towels for all guests, as well as final cleaning of the property. The property is delivered completely clean, tidy, and ready for a comfortable and functional stay from day one.
– We offer 24-hour assistance throughout your stay. During the day we are available for any needs, and at night we attend to important emergencies to ensure your peace of mind.
– Check-in and check-out are done in person by our team, offering a complete introduction to the property, answering any questions, and personally handing over and collecting the keys.
– At the time of booking, the guest will receive access to an online platform where they can easily book activities, boats, bicycles, cars, restaurants, transport services and other complementary services, all integrated into the booking confirmation.
House rules and schedules.
– Check-in: from 4:00 pm.
– Check-out: until 10:00 a.m.
– Parties and events are not allowed.
– No pets allowed.
Note 1. Final cleaning fees are included in the rental price. This does not relieve the client of their obligation to care for the property during their stay. No charge will be applied to the deposit provided the property is used reasonably. Rubbish must be taken to the recycling point indicated by the property coordinator.
Note 2. In accordance with current regulations in the Balearic Islands, all tourist accommodations are required to charge guests aged 16 and over the age of 16 the Tourist Tax, which is subsequently paid to the Regional Authorities.
Note 3. Electricity consumption is not included in the accommodation price. The cost is €0.36 per kWh, payable upon departure. Meter readings will be taken both upon arrival and departure.
Note 4. In properties where an extra bed can be added, and always subject to availability, the cost will be €15 per person per day. Additionally, where possible, a protective fence for the pool can be added at a cost of €13 per linear meter. Please check availability.
Note 5. Check-in after 10:00 PM incurs an additional charge of €30, and after midnight, €50. However, self check-in with a welcome from staff is available the following day. When possible, late check-out is subject to availability and costs €90 until 1:00 PM and €160 until 4:00 PM.

Been a little neglected since our last stay 2 years ago, but still a beautiful Villa that my whole family love and enjoy

We loved the whole space and activities that were available to us. Probably the best was swimming pool but many other things as well. Were v grateful for food and drink that you made available for us.
The living spaces had no fans and were v difficult to clear of mossies in the evening. The power was quite unstable. We frequently had to reset the system especially when cooking. Some of the cutlery and crockery was a little dirty, probably due to dishwasher. The filter was filthy which we cleaned but it didnt solve the issue entirely, things still coming out of the dishwasher a little dirty. Otherwise the villa was very clean.

Ein spektakuläres Haus. Sehr gut verteilt, wir waren mit jugendlichen Kindern ein perfektes Zuhause! Es hat Tischtennis, Billard, einen riesigen Pool.
Neben dem Pool steht uns eine Bar zur Verfügung, dieses Detail des Besitzers hat uns sehr gut gefallen.
Natürlich empfehlen wir sowohl das Haus als auch Mallorca Holiday Properties. Grüss Lucas und Familie
