Located in Alcúdia, Villa Catalina is a short drive from the beaches of Alcúdia and Playa de Muro, as well as restaurants, supermarkets, and other amenities. An ideal location for enjoying northern Mallorca.
Services and conditions of stay.
The booking includes bed linen and towels for all guests, as well as final cleaning of the property. The property is delivered completely clean, tidy, and ready for a comfortable and functional stay from day one.
– We offer 24-hour assistance throughout your stay. During the day we are available for any needs, and at night we attend to important emergencies to ensure your peace of mind.
– Check-in and check-out are done in person by our team, offering a complete introduction to the property, answering any questions, and personally handing over and collecting the keys.
– At the time of booking, the guest will receive access to an online platform where they can easily book activities, boats, bicycles, cars, restaurants, transport services and other complementary services, all integrated into the booking confirmation.
House rules and schedules.
– Check-in: from 4:00 pm.
– Check-out: until 10:00 a.m.
– Parties and events are not allowed.
– No pets allowed.
Note 1. Final cleaning fees are included in the rental price. This does not relieve the client of their obligation to care for the property during their stay. No charge will be applied to the deposit provided the property is used reasonably. Rubbish must be taken to the recycling point indicated by the property coordinator.
Note 2. In accordance with current regulations in the Balearic Islands, all tourist accommodations are required to charge guests aged 16 and over the age of 16 the Tourist Tax, which is subsequently paid to the Regional Authorities.
Note 3. Electricity consumption is not included in the accommodation price. The cost is €0.36 per kWh, payable upon departure. Meter readings will be taken both upon arrival and departure.
Note 4. In properties where an extra bed can be added, and always subject to availability, the cost will be €15 per person per day. Additionally, where possible, a protective fence for the pool can be added at a cost of €13 per linear meter. Please check availability.
Note 5. Check-in after 10:00 PM incurs an additional charge of €30, and after midnight, €50. However, self check-in with a welcome from staff is available the following day. When possible, late check-out is subject to availability and costs €90 until 1:00 PM and €160 until 4:00 PM.

The first thing we want to do is say a massive thank you to our host Peter for your help, kindness and advice. The Villa was stunning with every possible thing we needed provided. We spent a lot of time in and by the pool which was a fantastic size. From myself an OAP down to my great granddaughter ( age 3 ) we had the best holiday ever. The villa was close to shops and we had beaches close but when we were at the villa we were surrounded by the mountains - so beautiful .The whole family are already talking about when we can go back!! Thank you to all of you who made this possible.

The house is very spacious for us, 8 persons. I love the terrace and the pool area where I spent my morning coffee looking at the amazing scene of mountains around us.The house was great it was absolutely spotless, equipped with everything you could possibly need and a pleasure to return to after a day out at the beach.
The location is in the middle of just about everything there is in Alcudia! Close to the beaches, and old town Alcudia. Highly recommended to all!

Ein spektakuläres Haus. Sehr gut verteilt, wir waren mit jugendlichen Kindern ein perfektes Zuhause! Es hat Tischtennis, Billard, einen riesigen Pool.
Neben dem Pool steht uns eine Bar zur Verfügung, dieses Detail des Besitzers hat uns sehr gut gefallen.
Natürlich empfehlen wir sowohl das Haus als auch Mallorca Holiday Properties. Grüss Lucas und Familie
