Modern villa for 8 people 100 m from the beach



This modern and immaculate villa is located just 100 metres from the beach. This area is known for its excellent kitesurfing and is very popular amongst surfers. Located a short distance from the ancient walled town of Alcudia, this bright residence is the perfect base for a holiday in northern Mallorca.



The house offers spacious accommodation for up to eight guests. It is surrounded by beautifully maintained gardens.



There is secure parking at the front of the property. The rear garden houses an enclosed pool with a safety fence for the protection of young guests. There is an outdoor dining area under a shaded gazebo. Nearby is a brick barbecue in the shade of an old olive tree.



The pool is next to a sun terrace with lawned area furnished with sun loungers.



Access to the villa is through a two-storey entrance hall with a feature wall and an open-plan staircase.



There is a spacious and airy living room with double aspect glass doors giving access to the front and rear terraces. This room, decorated with plenty of colour, has satellite television, wifi, a large formal dining area and access to the kitchen.



The spacious state-of-the-art kitchen features a large island and has glass doors giving access to the gardens. The kitchen is fully equipped and lacks for nothing.



There are three bedrooms with two beds, one of which has a mural. They are tastefully furnished and all have views of the garden.



These bedrooms are served by a very high specification bathroom which features a double walk-in shower.



The master suite is impressive. The double bed has views of the sea and the Sierra de Tramuntana. It has double aspect glass walls giving access to a balcony.



There is an enormous en suite bathroom and a dressing room. It is dominated by a large sunken bathtub with sea views through floor-to-ceiling glass doors that open onto a balcony.



IMPORTANT:

- All additional payments and online check-in procedures are managed through instant messaging, outside the platform.

- Groups of young people are not admitted.

- All guests over 16 years of age staying in holiday homes must pay the tourist tax. Some portals do not charge this; in this case, you will receive a separate message to make this payment.
