Villa Llac Blau is a spacious and bright four-bedroom villa with a private swimming pool, located in a quiet residential area of Puerto de Alcudia, just a few minutes from the beach. Its convenient location combines the tranquillity of a residential setting with easy access to restaurants, cafés, shops and the many services and activities available in the area.
Spacious interiors for a comfortable stay
The villa is distributed over two floors and offers generous indoor spaces designed with families in mind.
On the ground floor, there is a bright living and dining room, a separate fully equipped kitchen, one bedroom with two single beds measuring 90 x 200 cm, a full bathroom and a private garage.
The upper floor comprises three further bedrooms. Two bedrooms have two single beds measuring 90 x 200 cm, while the master bedroom features a 180 x 200 cm double bed, a private bathroom and direct access to a terrace. An additional full bathroom is also available on this floor.
Air conditioning is provided throughout the villa for greater comfort during the warmer months.
Private pool and outdoor living
The outdoor area is ideal for making the most of Mallorca's Mediterranean climate. The private swimming pool measures 6.5 x 3.5 metres and has a depth of between 1 and 1.60 metres. There is also an outdoor shower and a sun terrace equipped with sun loungers and parasols.
The furnished covered terrace provides a pleasant space for outdoor meals, breakfast or relaxing in the shade. A table tennis table offers additional entertainment for the whole family, while private parking is also available.
Beach, restaurants and Alcudia nearby
One of the main advantages of Villa Llac Blau is its location. The long sandy beach of Puerto de Alcudia, known for its calm, shallow waters, is just a few minutes away. The seafront promenade and marina offer a wide selection of restaurants, cafés, shops and leisure activities.
The historic old town of Alcudia is approximately 2 kilometres away. Here you can explore the medieval walls, the remains of the ancient Roman city of Pollentia and its Roman Theatre, as well as enjoy the local restaurants and charming streets.
Palma, Mallorca's capital, can be reached in approximately 45 minutes by car and is well worth visiting for its cathedral, historic centre, Bellver Castle, cultural attractions and shopping areas.

Villa Llac Blau is a great house! The hosts are amazing and so friendly. The house is very big and so well equipped, they have everything you could possibly need, even for children. Will definitely come back!

Lovely spacious Villa in an excellent location particularly if you don’t have a car. Exceptionally clean and well equipped. The hosts Magdalena and Pepe are very welcoming and helpful.

The Villa is beautiful and has everything you would need. The hosts are very welcoming and generous . It was a 15min walk to the beach and a 5 min walk to bars and restaurants . The only suggestion I would make is to have plastic glasses for use around the pool . Thank you so much
