Unique to this villa is a king size sleeper sofa bed with a very comfortable memory foam mattress and access to a half bath in the hallway. The master bedroom also has a comfortable king size bed and an HDTV. The en suite master bath boasts an oversized spa-like shower with multiple jets and a jetted jacuzzi tub for the ultimate in relaxation. Take a day trip to Marble Falls or Fredericksburg, check out one of the 18 hole golf courses nearby, or enjoy a wine tasting at a Flat Creek Winery! When you rent from North Shore Vacation Rentals, you can expect top-notch customer service, and dedication to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. Each of our condo's come with a fully equipped kitchen and linens for the bedrooms and baths. Covered Parking is on ground level with reserved parking, and additional “guest” spaces as well. There are 5 elevators on property.

We provide our guests with check in information prior to their arrival, which will include the front gate code, assigned parking spaces, directions to the condo and door code for added convenience. (Front Desk Check In is not required, and allows guests to arrive and access condo late at night if necessary).
