Luxury Waterfront Villa with a 300 sq/ft balcony overlooking 360 degree view of the Lake and South pool on the Island of Lake Travis. Elegantly decorated with a romantic fireplace in the living room, tavertine tile floors, granite countertops. Full size kitchen with separate washer/dryer area. The large bathroom is accessible by both Primary bedroom and living area. It features a jacuzi tub and separate walk in shower. There are many amenities on the island that will keep you and guests entertained.

The IOLT property is beautiful: the architecture, the grounds and landscaping and the views.
The patio in this villa is simply perfect. We have decided it just has to be the best on the island with shade for most of the day; views allowed for sunrise and sunset and we could see the stars in the night sky. We just don't get to see the stars living in the city. That was a really wonderful treat. Watching the world come alive each day and retire in the evening was quite enjoyable.

Overall we were pleasantly surprised by our stay. The accommodations were great, we enjoyed the property and we were able to easily get out to look around. There was a little confusion at check in, but the property manager took care of it and was pleasant to work with. We plan to return to this property once things get somewhat normal.

Great views, quiet, nice pool, easy to use boat ramp, everything you need to chill out. Workout facility and restaurant was closed which was no surprise. I would stay again

Property was nice. Clean pool, great view from patio. Condo was dated. Fairly clean. Outside patio area needed cleaning. (Broken candle/glass). Uncomfortable old mattress in master room. Thin towels in bathroom. Would return to property but not this unit.
