This perfect lakefront condo is beautifully remodeled with tile floor and lake accents. The blue beach decor makes it the perfect weekend getaway at the lake. You can enjoy your luxurious queen bed with wrap around balcony overlooking gorgeous Hill Country views!

Welcome to The Island On Lake Travis, an elegant condo complex that offers luxurious Lake Travis waterfront accommodations located on a 14-acre island. This gated resort offers condos for rent whether it be long or short term. A very unique aspect about our property is each condo is done to individual owners taste.
The Island on Lake Travis is the perfect spot to enjoy a relaxing romantic escape, and enjoy wildlife and breathtaking sunset views over the lake.
There are plenty of local attractions to explore to keep you busy if you are looking for something fun and exciting to do. Take a day trip to Marble Falls or Fredericksburg, check out one of the 18 hole golf courses nearby, or enjoy a wine tasting at a Flat Creek Winery!
When you rent from Island Rentals, you can expect top-notch customer service, and dedication to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. Each of our condo's come with a fully equipped kitchen and linens for the bedrooms and baths. Covered Parking is on ground level with reserved parking, and additional "guest" spaces as well. There are 5 elevators on property.
We provide our guests with check in information prior to their arrival, which will include the front gate code, assigned parking spaces, directions to the condo and door code for added convenience. (Front Desk Check In is not required, and allows guests to arrive and access condo late at night if necessary).
Other Amenities Include;
*Coded Lock on Door, so you will not have to keep up with a key.
* Private Marina & Boat Slips available for our guests.
*Day Dock & Low Water Boat Ramp.
* 2 Outdoor Pools and 1 Indoor Pool. All with Hot Tubs.
* A Fitness Center, Day Spa, Sauna, & Tennis Courts.
*Fishing Pier.
* A Restaurant & Bar with Billiards.
* Picnic & Grilling Area.

Great complex of Condominium, beautiful view and friendly neighbours.
I love deers everywhere. It makes me sad that no longer have water (river) in front of the building. The only negative I could mention, for those picky people; cookware need a better clean up. After that. great experienced

The water from bathtub at the moment of turning it on the water began to splash everything outside the tub and all my makeup and my boyfriend stuff was wet, all water was in the floor and we have to use all our towels to dry out and we did not have any extra towels, not enough amenities like shampoo, conditioner, soap.
Dryer for our clothes was not working properly we had yo hang everything in the balcony 😒
Ice maker was not making ice took too long to have some after many many hours of turning it on
Sofa is too old not comfortable
I won't come back to that apartment but I will give a second chance maybe to another one, because place in general was beautiful, shame the water in the lake is not enough anymore to go all the way around the complex
