Location and modern facilities
Outdoor seating area has seen better days but still comfortable. An ice tray would have been useful

Location was amazing and although it was a very busy section next to the restaurants, Cathedral, and sites, we did not hear all the noise on the streets with the windows closed. The balcony was very large and the view on the side of the balcony was amazing! Beds were very comfortable. We were on the 4th floor (top) and one day the lift did not work and the staff had a technician come right away to fix since we were with my elderly mother. They continued to keep us up to date on the status which was much appreciated. There were three of us in the apartment and it was comfortable for three.
The living room was fairly small but the balcony made up for it! The sofa and living room furniture were definitely tired looking and sofa uncomfortable. BUT....it is Seville and we were out exploring so it did not affect our enjoyment! Especially with comfortable beds!
