Casa Guadalupe

The location is the strongest quality of this accommodation, together with the lovely rooftop terrasses and good working AC. There was some confusion, as we were told that we had to meet with a person upon arrival, but in the last communication, it turned out that there was a keycode, which was super convenient. It would have helped with stress about our delayed flight to have known this in advance. The accommodation was extremely conveniently located and though central, still quiet and peaceful.

Even though the accommodation on the surface looked very clean, there were a lot of long hairs in the bathroom on the floor, in the corners of the hallways and rooms, folded in the bathroom towels and bath mats, which was unpleasant. The bed is uncomfortable. It is not a real or normal mattress but rather a collection of folded blankets on top of an old mattress, which is the biggest downside. Basic small tools, like a bottle opener are missing in the kitchen, as well as things like salt etc, making the kitchen not very usable. There is a washer, but no detergent. While communication was excellent before our stay, this was not true once we were checked in. When we reached out about a bottle opener, we received no answer. Unfortunately, I left a favorite piece of clothing behind and when I reached out after my stay, nobody ever responded, which is very sad...

Amazing location, clean and comfortable. Spotlessly clean and very helpful and friendly host.

Lots of stairs, so be prepared!

Full of character. Phenomenal location. Super clean and well stocked. Private and secure and a lovely outdoor space on the roof. Very good communication from the hosts.

The downside of being so close to the cathedral is being awoken so early by the bells! 😄 No regrets, though. I would definitely book this property again.

Location was excellent

Cleaning staff were ignorant when we were kindly allowed to leave our bags into the property early. Very loud at night twice in one week leaf blowers were used at 2.30am.
