Perfect location. Right on the edge of Santa Cruz. 2 minutes from cathedral and Alcázar. House was very quirky. This was our fourth place we stayed on this trip to Spain and we spent the most on this as it was a longer stay. It was brilliant to be so near everything.
The dumb waiter would have been helpful if it worked as there are floor flights of stairs from the kitchen on the ground floor to the roof terrace. The room with 4 bunk beds felt a bit soulless. No lamp only on main light working. Not sure you would want your children in that room as you would be two floors up from them. Ask for a floor plan maybe…

You couldn’t ask for a better location—right by the cathedral and the Alcázar. The courtyard is beautiful, and my kids and I especially loved the rooftop bed. It was wonderful to relax there, enjoy the view, and feel the evening breeze.
The three stories do mean quite a few stairs, but we just treated it as some extra exercise during the stay.

The views from the rooftop terrace are spectacular, the facilities and amenities are top draw. All rooms were clean and tidy. The property is slap bang in the middle of all sightseeing activities in Seville.
