The appartement was in a nice place, there are really nice swimming pools. And the views are awesome.

There were some little bugs in the appartement. And the bed was not too confortable. The water kettle does not work with the hobs. And the gym has some running machines out of service.

Could have been better if they put in a little effort

The apartment itself was in pristine condition

The amenities in the hotel/resort were not properly maintained. The heated pool was barely heated and it only opened after 10AM on the day we were there, so most of the morning, we could not use it. The kid's play area looked nothing like the pictures. It was completely destroyed and it represented a safety issue. The restaurant was expensive and breakfast was not what you would expect from a resort this size, but the biggest problem was that every table we ate had bird poop on it. I understand it may be difficult to keep birds out, but we should not be sitting guests, specially with kids, on tables that have bird poop and this happened 3 times during our stay.

Um lugar tranquilo para relaxar

Acomodação excelente, muito bem organizada, limpa, um chuveiro delicioso. Cama super confortável, a vista da varanda é de tirar o fôlego. Tinha tudo que precisavamos, itens de cozinha, ar condicionado no quarto e na sala. As cortinas deixam o ambiente escurinho pra dormir. A recepção muito prestativa e rapida, sem dificuldades para atender. O condominio é lindo, piscina boa com salva vidas, piscina aquecida. Vale super a pena.

Os armarios da cozinha, provavelmente por ficarem fechados muito tempo, deixaram os copos e pratos com cheiro muito forte de mofo. E o sofa cama nao é muito confortável e pequeno, meu irmão dormiu com os pés pra fora. A praia ao lado não é propria pra banho, entao tem que se locomover pra outras praias, e quanto mais distante, melhor.

Das einchecken war erwas verwirren . Ich habe über booking com gebucht und der Apartment Komplex lief untrr dem Namen Hotel Mercure . Hat aber mittlerweile den Namen gändert in Hotel National Inn

Una maravilla de principio a fin, el departamento es un lujo, súper completo, hermoso el baño, la ducha, el balcón, la cocina y la habitación. La vista es impagable, Renés muchas cosas para aprovechar hospedándote acá, pileta, sauna, cancha de basket , tenis, spa pago , el muelle para alguna excursión es increíble todo
