The apartment had all the facilities that we needed. There is a shopping centre within 5 minutes with a supermarket for bottled water and foodhall. We did not find the laundry.
Our apartment had a great view over the jetty but there was anti bird net covering the balcony and windows. We made use of the pool but did not ask about the sit on kayaks. Reception did say there was a money changer who offered better rates than at the hotel at the shoppong mall.
The boat trips are great, although we did get soaked. No other boats on previous trips returned with cold drowned rats. It may be becase we were screaming everytime to Captain made a fast turn!
When taking and Uber use Porto Bali Complex as the location. Note the driver is unlikely to receive a return fare so I suggest offering a cash tip on arrival. On our return journey the Uber driver asked if we would share the cab, we declined and the hotel ordered and Angra Taxi, double the fare but we appreciate that the driver will not get a return fare to the resort.
There are brand new airconditioning units and a very large flat screen tv. We did not use the air conditioning.
As we arrived at 10.00am from an early flight from Rio we asked if we could check in early. Our contact Patricia who had provided us arrival information checked and confirmed
in English through WhatsApp that we could check in early.

The Ikea furniture although clean was tired. As the apartment is cleaned every three days the toilet paper bin began to smell.
We reported the small ants to reception on our departure. They advised that they would send someone up.
There is only hot water in one of the showers. The water in the bathroom sink and the kitchen was room temprature. We boiled water in the pan when needed.

O apartamento é amplo, com vista maravilhosa para o mar, e com bastante conforto.
O condomínio possui ótimas instalações como piscina, playground, restaurante, bar.
É um ótimo lugar para se hospedar em Angra.
A comunicação com a proprietária foi proativa.
