The space: Our apartment offers a luxurious and comfortable space, perfect for families or groups of friends. There are three suites: • Master Suite: Equipped with a queen-size bed, 65-inch TV, electronic curtains, ocean view, and a magnificent private spa for up to three people, providing unique moments of relaxation. • Suites 2 and 3: Each has a queen-size bed that can be separated into two single beds, plus two extra beds. The suites are equipped with 43-inch TVs. The social area features a spacious living room, fully equipped with a 65-inch TV, sound system, wine cellar, and beer fridge, ideal for leisure and socializing. The living room is integrated with a modern kitchen, complete with all the necessary appliances to make you feel at home. It has air conditioning in all bedrooms and the living room. For your comfort, we provide bed linen and towels, ensuring an even more practical and pleasant stay. Enjoy a sophisticated and welcoming environment, designed in every detail to make your stay unforgettable. Guest access: Access to the house is via the Rio Santos highway, entering the Mansuaba district. In this simple village, there are markets, a pharmacy, a beverage depot, ice, and a reasonable commercial infrastructure, with some options for pizzerias, bars, and restaurants, all very simple. Other observations: The condominium has a swimming pool, sauna, and other amenities. Take advantage of the exclusive embarkation and disembarkation deck, facilitating boat trips and exploring the beauty of the region.
