Beautiful chalet located in a cul de sac inside the Praia de Garatucaia Condominium, very charming and cozy and with an exceptional view.
There are 02 bedrooms, one suite, bathroom, toilet (with hygienic shower), living room with cable TV (NET), air conditioning (split), wifi internet, large balcony, kitchen, with fridge, stove and all appliances (new), fully furnished and decorated.

A casa da Luciana é aconchegante, cheia de memórias, ficamos muito vontade. Bem equipada com churrasqueira, ventiladores, cadeiras de praia e guarda sol. Dormir é acordar ao som do mar é magnífico. A Lu é ótima anfitriã, respondeu todas as minhas dúvidas e estava sempre a disposição. Recomendamos e voltaremos com certeza!
