Very quick responses from the host, especially when we had issues with the AC & toilet.
Separate external kitchen from the bedroom. Kitchen should also be equipped with a sink which would’ve been very useful for rinsing utensils/mugs before usage. Located in a residential area, one night where there was a party late at night and it was very loud.

The layout of the apartment was funky. The location was amazing for being close to the bus stop and train station.
There was no fridge.

This is a cozy and comfortable apartment located in a quiet area, perfect for relaxing after a long day. The place was very clean and well-maintained, making it feel welcoming from the moment I arrived. It’s also close to public transport, and the host was extremely communicative and helpful throughout my stay.

Location is fair, not much services around and hard to find parking.
The sink got clogged and water was not flowing properly, some mainteinance is definitely required
