Everything was great!

The room was clean and had a tv, fridge, Nespresso coffee machine with pods, snacks, and water boiler. In the closet are 2 duvets and 3 extra pillows. The bathroom has space and 2 sample bottles of shampoo, besides the hand soap dispenser. AC worked very well in the summer heat and there was good water pressure. The bed was actually 2 mattresses with a memory foam topper. Wifi works well closer to the tv, but can be spotty for calls if sitting back on the bed. There is an elevator, but you still have to take your luggage up a few steps. There are 2 small marble-topped bedside tables. There are no chairs. Overall, the room is comfortable and has a window with a street view and curtains.

Noise. The room I had faced the street and walls are very thin. I could hear motors reving as there is a stoplight right outside, street cleaning machines at 10 pm, people talking until 2 am, sirens from emergency vehicles in the morning and general street noise all night. There is a metro station just outside the room, but that noise isn't as prominent as the rest. You can also hear neighbors come and go, but that is not constant. The room would have been great if it had been soundproofed. You may want to take this into consideration if you are a light sleeper.

La cama era cómoda. El sitio tranquilo y bien comunicado ya que hay un metro en la puerta.

Tuvimos un problema con el aire acondicionado el primer dia y las altas temperaturas en Roma hacen que sea muy difícil estar sin AC. Escribimos inmediatamente a la persona de contacto y nos contestó tras insistir luego de muchas horas. Pasamos muchísimo calor. La ducha del baño no desagotaba bien y había que estar pendiente de que no se inundara. El lavabo tampoco desagotaba bien. Cada vez que veníamos de fuera al entrar en la habitación olía desagradable a desagüe.
