About this house rental
Small holiday home on a garden plot of 300 square meters on the lagoon of Szczecin. The Baltic Sea can also be reached quickly by car from here. Directly behind the German-Polish border you will experience wonderful days on the water. The municipality of Stepnica has developed in recent years into a popular destination on the Szczecin lagoon. The holiday home is ideal for young families with a small child, because the water of the lagoon is very shallow and child-friendly. And here too the wallet is spared, because the tourist tax is already included in the price.

Activities nearby: As a waterfront between Poland and Germany, the Szczecin Lagoon has always been a unique feature of the landscape and thus a draw for people and animals. Not only the adjacent nature parks Usedom and Am Stettiner Haff are home to a unique flora and fauna. In summer, several bathing beaches attract sunbathers and water sports enthusiasts, in winter you can let the wind blow you and let your mind wander. If you want to be culturally inspired, you should take a day trip to Szczecin, on the western side of the Oder. The city is of course strongly shaped by the river and has a very interesting cityscape with several islands
Not suitable for people with reduced mobility
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house Non smoking accommodation. The landlord lives on the same property. There is a paddling pool for the children.
