This detached holiday home enjoys a quiet location surrounded by a spacious garden shared with the neighboring house, making it an ideal retreat for nature lovers. It offers a peaceful base from which to explore the beautiful surroundings between the Szczecin Lagoon and the Gollnower Forest. Guests can rent a canoe or rowing boat on site upon request, perfect for those who enjoy fishing or exploring the nearby waterways. The house is located in Stepniczka, a small village in the Stepnica district of Western Pomerania, just across the German-Polish border. The city of Szczecin is about 60 kilometers away and makes for an enjoyable day trip. During a leisurely stroll through Stepnica, you can discover the charming boat harbor and admire the classical parish church of St. Hyazinth, a plastered half-timbered house from 1741, as well as traditional half-timbered and brick houses from the 19th and 20th centuries. After sightseeing, you can relax at the beach restaurant with a cup of coffee while enjoying the view. The holiday home is comfortably equipped for a relaxing stay and includes Wi-Fi, bed linen, towels, and final cleaning in the rental price. Energy costs are consumption-based. Please note that the property is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
