Probably great if you're staying for a week, but poor for a traveller passing by for one night.
The location is great for exploring the Wolin National Park and nearby areas. And the place is quiet and pretty warm.
This place is probably fine if you are travelling with your family and are planning to stay a few days and use Lubin as your base, in which case you'll probably have come with provisions for that time. I was staying just one night and there was no soap provided, no bottled water, no sachet of coffee or a tea bag. No towels were automatically in place, though the owner did ask if these were needed and then willingly provided them.
