Even though the stay was exclusive breakfast, you could go on the ground floor at their diner where you could pay for a hearty breakfast and diner. So everything was convenient for our stay. The room had everything we wanted, even if some corners should be cleaned properly. We picked up the vacuum at hand and cleaned some, washed our own dishes, no fuss for us. Garbage was picked up every day, we were very happy with the stay. The location was excellent for us. The staff was friendly every time. Dank je wel, to the guy who tried speaking some Dutch working at the lobby. Our next trip to beloved Sao Paulo will be here again, no doubt !

Arriving before 11.00 am and being considerate of the check-in time we still could not check in after 12.30 pm, while being exhausted after 24 hours traveling. After requesting again at 01.30 pm, we were exhausted and agitated, the guy at the lobby let us check in.

A limpeza não é boa, não trocam toalhas nem lençóis.
