Can reach the staff via WhatsApp. Great location right near Paulista Avenue and several stations. Wi-fi was good.
Entire online check-in process before you arrive. Staff did not help when i complained that someone was speaking on the phone at 12:30 a.m. The doors are thin, you can hear a lot. A bit pricey, not so much great value. only 1 elevator worked, lots of waiting.

Perfect localization. Next to entrance to station metro Paulista and 1 minute walking to Avenida Paulista. Micro apartament new and clean. For 1-2 night stay it's ok.
No communication in English or Spanish. Apartment is smaller then on pictures. Has kitchen but I don't know for what coz there is not even one cooking pot...just plates glasses ect so anyhow you can't even use the kitchen. But Has microwave and fridge.
