The location is excellent, only the communication with some employees like Vanessa is completely careless or has no empathy whatsoever with the customer and is arrogant in the service. If the service was a little more personalized it would be great.

Everything is very cozy and usable. Some small improvements could be made, but they didn't affect my experience:
- There could be a napkin to dry dishes;
- The soap dispenser is leaking;
- The refrigerator is not very stable;
Great place to stay for short periods. I'll be back.

Excellent location, the studio is very cute and cozy.
The only thing that is missing is that they should remove the rug that is in the studio. It is stained and it looks dirty.
The floor is beautiful and it doesn’t need a rug.
Besides the “rug”, my stay was perfect! Definitely, I would stay again!
