Fred and Milton are the best and so is their apartment. The location is perfect, just steps from Avenue Paulista in a very safe neighborhood. The location is perfect for exploring the sprawling city of Sao Paulo. The apartment has everything you need for wonderful stay. Fred met us when we arrived to explain the apartment and give us grocery shopping and dining suggestions. Fred and Milton came to say goodbye, negotiate the taxi fare to the airport for us and to give us a perfect send off.

I loved to stay in this apartment! My husband and I were very happy with this choice. Near groceries stores, near shopping malls on Paulista Avenue, next door of one of the best restaurants in Brazil, Capim Santo Restaurant, taxis in abundance in the same corner. Very comfortable as we would like to have a place in Sao Paulo to enjoy as living in our home. In the mornings you can hear the birds singing as they come from Trianon Park, a gift! Even more pleasant was to look the good taste of the decoration in the apartment very artsy! The housekeeper was super helpful and very effective. The owners Fred and Milton great people, loved so much to know them! They are very special people and caring for us making sure we have everything ok. I recommend this place to all people going to Sao Paulo, you will have the best location in the city!

Our family (2 adults and 2 kids) stayed at the flat for almost two weeks. The attention to details is simply brilliant and the apartment feels much more spacious than most other comparable flats. The location is spectacular and the building kids' friendly with some space for the kids to play soccer and ping-pong. Fred was super friendly and I regret that I did not have more time to talk to him further. We go to Sao Paulo often on business and I bring the family if the kids are on vacation. I am definitely going to check whether the flat will be available again in the future. Thanks Fred and Milton.
