Its location- so close to centre of Bath. Alex greeted us and he had really thought about everything you needed. From toiletries, crockery, milk, OJ, tourist information. Loved how he had a honesty system for drinks etc in the fridge. Bed very comfy. And loved that you could sit outside in the sunny garden on a little bistro set of table and chairs. And the free parking space.
We couldn’t stay longer!

Easy access close to the city center
other than no freezer part in the fridge . And the kettle wasn’t really usable as it had loads of lime scale in it . The rest was good .
