About this villa rental
Villa Viviana is perfect choice for a family holiday, situated in a friendly neighbourhood and within easy walking distance to safe beaches and good restaurants. This new build villa sleeps 6 guests and is modern and tastefully furnished throughout with large glass doors leading out from the living area and kitchen to the private garden with swimming pool. Distributed over two floors, there are 3 bedrooms (air conditioned) and all have en-suite shower rooms, two of the bedrooms also benefit from a large shared first floor balcony with views across the garden. The third bedroom is on the ground floor along with the main living area, an open plan living/dining room with Satellite TV and a separate fully equipped kitchen. In addition to the fantastic pool the outdoor space is great for sharing meals with a covered dining area, barbecue and comfortable furniture to chill out afterwards.
