The interior of the holiday home has a good room layout and spacious rooms with plenty of natural light. The living room is furnished with a cosy sofa and modern seating. The charm of the 1970s has been deliberately preserved here and creates a cosy atmosphere. Two steps up is a bright, friendly dining room with access to a spacious, fully equipped kitchen with a second dining area. Another large room, which is suitable as a dining room, has access to the terrace. The three double bedrooms are very spacious and equipped with wardrobes and air conditioning. Thanks to shutters, they can be completely darkened to enjoy relaxing siestas in the hot season. One of the bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom. There is also a separate bathroom with shower and a laundry room on the ground floor. The villa is located in a well-kept residential area on the Victòria peninsula in the north-east of Mallorca. Two child-friendly beaches are 3 and 5 minutes away by car. They can also be easily reached on foot in 15 minutes. The medieval town of Alcúdia with good shopping facilities is 4 km away. The long sandy beach of the Bay of Alcúdia is a 10-minute drive away.
