Wir wurden von Denise sehr freundlich empfangen.
Das Appartement befindet sich im 3. Stock (Fahrstuhl).
Alle Zimmer sind geräumig, gemütlich und modern eingerichtet. Gottseidank gab es Ventilatoren, die uns bei der Hitze Linderung verschafften. .
Der kleine Balkon ist ebenfalls süß hergerichtet. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Falls wir wieder nach Colmar reisen, buchen wir auf jeden Fall dieses Appartement.
Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und herzlich.
Nach La Petite Venice (klein Venedig) sind es nur 300m Entfernung. Dies ist ein Touristenmagnet, denn hier sind schöne alte Fachwerkhäuser, Gassen und kleine Brücken. Ebenfalls findet man überall Restaurants, Cafés usw.. Die Markthalle ist gleich in der Nähe. Dort bieten regionale Händler ihre leckeren Produkte an.

Wonderful location of the apartment, right in the very center, yet at the same time in a very quiet area. It was very comfortable, warm, and cozy, just like home. Everything needed for a comfortable stay was provided. Special thanks to the host. He was very welcoming and provided useful information about shops, interesting places, and local attractions. We will definitely come back again. Wonderful apartments.

We loved the place, nothing else to wish for. Denise is also really cool.
I would consider whether 300 eur cash deposit is necessary. It can be an additional thing to think about.
