Perfect location
4th floor in a typical house in colmar was not ideal while pregnant. Garbage cans of the restaurant inside the building smelled in the stairways of the building.

The location was perfect, as advertised! The flat was also quite clean.
Wi-fi speed measured 20MiB down / 0.5 MiB up, if that matters for you (it wasn't a big deal for us, although our family video call did require using data)
There were a few spiders, mosquitoes, and small beetles in the apartment, but that's common in older buildings and didn't bother me.
Unfortunately the bedroom was EXTREMELY hot on our first night, even with both of the fans on, and both me and my girlfriend could barely get any sleep, so we ended up missing out on travel for most of our second day in town. The apartments that aren't on the top floor likely don't have this issue, as even our living room was significantly cooler than the bedroom (sadly lacked a couch, or we could have slept there), and then each floor below ours felt progressively cooler in the hallways
