La casa è davvero bellissima! Tipica a graticcio. In pieno centro .. ma silenziosa perchè all interno di un chiostro privato. Posto auto privato ( da usare con macchine piccole/medie). La proprietà gentile ed accogliente. Comunicazione veloce esaustiva precisa. La consiglio con punteggio pieno Grazie grazie grazie

Die Lage
Leider gab es nur ein abgetrenntes Schlafzimmer. Es war nicht richtig sauber. Der nasse Aufwascher lehnte noch im Wohnbereich.

Beautiful apartment, well equipped on a great location right in little Venice. We especially liked the balcony.
The garage is extremely small and will only fit very small cars (Peugeot 107 and Toyota Aygo type of cars). Luckily there is a public parking garage just 8 minute walk from the apartment (Saint Josse) where you can park for just €3 per day. We unloaded our car at the apartment (in front of the tiny garage) and then parked it at the Saint Josse parking garage for the remainder of our stay.

Location
Proprietaria poco presente. Siamo arrivati in anticipo, abbiamo chiamato più volte senza risposta. Abbiamo trovato le chiavi e siamo entrati ma l’appartamento non era pronto (giustamente). La signora, molto contrariata, ci sta detto che il check-in era alle 17, rimproverandomi di essere entrati nell’appartamento. Un host dovrebbe impara la gestione della comunicazione con gli ospiti
