Le Neubau - City Center 4 adults 2 kids

The accommodation was very comfortable, with functional spaces that made us feel at home. Its location was excellent, offering easy access and close proximity to everything we needed, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

Unfortunately, there was no hot water or heating at night, which significantly affected the comfort of our stay. We did a load of laundry and hung the clothes to dry, but due to the lack of heating they took a long time to dry. The staff was absent, and there was no immediate response when issues arose. Additionally, when we asked to leave our suitcases in a common area for two hours, they responded late and requested an extra fee to store them in their office, which we did not appreciate.

Tolle Lage, grosse Räume. Es hatte alles was man braucht
