This Penthouse condo was perfect for our family. The location was perfect for kid friendly fun and great resturants. The kids could not stop talking about how much fun they had. Memories that will last forever.

We had a great stay, the patio was perfect for am coffee and pm wine. Everyone was helpful, the pool and hot tubs were great. Great place!

The Location is nice, rite on the beach. However, the AC was not working. It was 80 degrees inside wen we arrived and it took >24 hours before it was finally repaired. Customer service did not answer the phone which rang for more than 35 Min before I gave up. I tried texting customer support which eventually responded about 1 hour later. The AC repair people arrived late on the following day and were able to resolve a problem with the rooftop compressor unit.
Our guest complained about the presence of black mold in the guest room shower. The mold issue should be corrected ASAP as it could pose a health problem.
As previously stated, the location is very nice and the views are fantastic from this 16th floor penthouse, however, some deferred maintenance items are in need of immediate attention.
