The host was not cooperative or willing to properly assist. Although early check-in was mentioned as “subject to availability,” they later said it would require an additional charge—even though a room was already available. Despite this, I was kept waiting in the lobby for nearly 3 hours. This was particularly inconvenient as it was only a room shift, and I had planned to stay for a full month. The refrigerator was defective, which caused all my groceries to spoil and had to be thrown away. Due to these issues, I ended up leaving after just 10 days. Several amenities that were mentioned in the booking were missing. There was no clothes rack, no TV cable, and no smart device, making it difficult for my family—especially the kids—to spend time comfortably. There was also no proper arrangement for drinking water. The manager promised daily water bottles and coffee, but in 10 days, this was provided only once. Overall, the experience was disappointing, mainly due to poor customer service and lack of commitment from the host.

The only thing good about this property is the top floor pool and gym

in my booking it was mentioned that daily cleaning services are there and cost attached to it, complained on front desk nobody came. They have this lift key access card that doesn’t work its such a hurdle to make it work and that was not just for me but for all the people that were staying Final most the things shown in picture is not the same in that they have shown living room and bed room but you only get bedroom, Won’t recommend to anyone
