ExpressionZ Suites KLCC

Well connected to all the local sightseeing

Well maintained

The location was pretty good, was clean and decent

The elevator got stuck twice, and some of the times I didn’t get hot water in the shower for some reason, other than this it was really good

The toilet design, the washing machine and the easily access facilities, the view of KLCC, the aircond is cool. The admin is a fast replier and make sure you're issue is addressed. Would recommend the host

Cupboard are damaged, there's stains on the sheet and walls, the internet connection is weak

Have a great experience with rooms and their cleanliness

I’m a Muslim I didn’t wear any kind of body shape dress in my life. I wear a nylon dress and go for swimming and completely a good dress and their is a lot of people wearing the same clothes like this but the security doesn’t allow us to swim he show me the photo of bra and inner wear and told me wear this kind of dress and I told him as a Muslim we are not ok with this kind of dresses . His behavior was so rude to us and he shows discrimination between the people because their is a lot of people wearing the same dress as we weared. We stayed 4 days there all things are so good but the overall attitude and behavior of security near swimming pools was too much bad he gave a bad day. The attitude and talks are too bad to us. Then we told them call the manager at that time he called another security not the manager. We booked 3 days stay there but we extended into 4 days but that day we have a very bad experience.
