About this house rental
This centrally located three-bedroom holiday home with Wi-Fi sits amongst native bush. The large deck and BBQ area is the perfect place to congregate and enjoy a nice relaxed meal and drink with friends and family, And afterwards, Enjoy a short walk to the beach, wharf and heart of the Paihia township.
There are a number of hidden gems in the area to explore. Experience the Hole in the Rock dolphin cruise from Paihia or Russell, visit the Waitangi Treaty grounds, paddleboard or kayak the outer islands with Bay of Islands Kayaking, or visit the Packhouse Market (on the weekend) in Kerikeri offering the best in Northland produce.
Please note that this property has a very steep driveway that is not boat friendly.This property is the second level of the house, and is accessed by stairs.As the deck barrier is below 1 metre high, all guests should take care in this area due to the risk of falls. Please note that the fireplace shown on the photos is not available for guest use.Please note a bond may be charged at certain times of the year.
