Eu gostei de tudo. A funcionária que nos atendeu muito simpática e prestativa. O quarto muito confortável, limpeza impecável. A localização é excelente, muito próxima da praça da República. Com certeza ficarei lá novamente, quando voltar em Elvas.

This was an exceptionally clean room and bedding. The staff was very nice. Lighting was good, room as a decent size and it was easy to get into and out of (keys worked well). We were able to easily "checkout" by leaving the key in the door, which was nice. The location, once you learned how to drive up and park wasn't bad, although the first time we went we didn't know and it was up a super steep hill with luggage. It would sure be nice if the correct place to enter was clearly identified as you can park there! I don't even know how to describe it, but if it's super steep, go to the whole other side by the Mercado, Church and square...

The bed felt like a rock, which is common in Portugal but wrenches our American backs. It was two twins, I Love Lucy style. The shower was hot for 30 seconds, only unfortunately. I don't know why. It also leaked out of the shower pan into the rest of the bathroom, this is per my husband as I avoided a shower once I got his experience. I don't know if there was Wifi, FYI. Not mobility friendly, all of Elvas.
