Great place in a great location

Wonderfully equipped and tastefully decorated apartment in a super location. One walking minute away from the pedestrian center of town, and one minute from the Sunday market.

While the charm of the old building is a huge asset to the condo, it does come with some limitations: the shower is not very spacious and the kitchen is basic. It is super clean, though. All in all, a great place to spend a couple of days in Novara.

Beautiful apartment at an excellent location for exploring Novara

Very helpful owner, she came to hand over the keys and gave us lots of useful tips for cafes, restaurants etc. Location is excellent, a short walking distance from most interesting places in Novara. The apartment is beautiful, very well kept and clean, and well equipped.

The apartment was a bit cold, with temperatures 16-17C. Also, the floors are stone, which made them very cold. We bought slippers, and managed fine with them.

Highly recommend for booking and if I will come again to Novara, I will try to book the same apartment.

The apartment is very cute and it is super central, so everything is easy to reach. Everything from the amenities was present and the host was very friendly.

If it is for a long stay (> 1 month) the lack of Kitchen space could be a small obstacle and it there is not a lot of light in the apartment. Small room is a bit more noisy, but the big room is quite silent. However for a shorter stay and for up to a month (like I was) there was no problem whatsoever.

A nice flat in Novara

The flat has a very central location and despite this, you have parking just outside - paid parking during the day and free during the night. The bedroom is facing towards an inner yard, so no noice from the street there. Windows were equipped with mosquito nets and there is a lift in the house. There is no big kitchen but more of a kitchenette, with basic cooking utilities. The host could not meet us when we arrived so we were given instructions on how to get in to the flat without her. It all worked perfectly well.

Other than missing a proper knife, we have no complaints at all.

Exceptional

Perfect location in the city center, very hospitable hosts, comfortable beds, pretty much all the amenities you'd need for even a longer stay.

The biggest issue was the lack of air conditioning, so during the summer the appartment can get quite warm. But of course that would be very difficult to implement, so i am not going to rate the appartment worse for this, 10/10!

Śniadania w cenie za apartament nie było. Bardzo niemiła i niegrzeczna obsługa gospodarza apartamentu.

Lokalizacja jest daleko od dworca kolejowego. Koło apartamentu nie można było znaleźć sklepu spożywczego. Cena apartamentu do obsługi gospodarza jest niewspółmierna. Apartament na początku grudnia, kiedy przebywałyśmy był nieogrzewany, zimny. W czasie pobytu spadł jeden kubek na ziemię, więc wyrzucono go do kosza na śmieci. Po opuszczeniu apartamentu na następny dzień gospodarz wysyłał zdjęcia na whatsapp. Wyjął części potłuczonego kubka z kosza na śmieci, położył na podłodze i zrobił zdjęcia. W zlewie zostawiłyśmy 2 kieliszki na wina i 4 talerze, to też gospodarz zrobił zdjęcia i wysłał po naszym opuszczeniu apartamentu. Gospodarz również miał pretensje, że brudne, zużyte ręczniki kapielowe położyłyśmy na ziemię w łazience. Przed przyjazdem gospodarz wymagał, aby poprzez whatsapp przysłać zdjęcia naszych ID, co jest bardzo kontrowersyjne. Na koniec pobytu w ostatni dzień, po ustaleniu godziny opuszczenia apartamentu, gospodarz poprosił, aby zostawić klucze na stole i zatrzasnąć drzwi co uczyniłyśmy. Po godzinie opuszczenia apartamentu pisał, czemu nie powiadomiliśmy go, że opuściliśmy apartament. Po pobycie poprosiłyśmy o wystawienie faktury za pobyt. Gospodarz wystawił fakturę bez podanych przez nas szczegółowych danych. Po ponownych prośbach wystawienia prawidłowo faktury nie otrzymaliśmy odpowiedzi. Ogólnie rzecz biorąc czujemy niesmak z pobytu w tym apartamencie przez ciągły kontakt z gospodarzem oraz traktowanie nas tak, jakbyśmy nie płacili za apartament tylko byli tam gratis gośćmi.

Piccoli dettagli che fanno la differenza

La posizione

Il fatto che sotto all' appartamento c è un locale che in alcuni giorni fa musica dal vivo fino a ora molto tarda ed è impossibile dormire. Fortunatamente su 4 notti è successo una volta sola. Viene gestito in automatico senza conoscere gli ospiti, è un peccato non conoscersi. Ci sono piccoli dettagli di manutenzione da mettere a posto: prese non ancorate bene ai muri, pavimento decisamente non immacolato, rubinetteria traballante, lavabi da sistemare (tappi e sgorgo scarico). Piccole cose che sicuramente la proprietà metterà a posto e manutiene, viste anche le recensioni positive di chi mi ha preceduto, e quindi probabilmente io sono capitata in un momento transitorio di gestione.
