Nice but not for us.

We liked the layout , where it wasin a country lane, very quiet.

The mattress too firm. And no outside light on arriving back in the dark, nearly took a tumble on the decking.

Cosy retreat with a treat.

Love this place. The lavender cottage is my favourite of the accommodations. It is warm and has a great cosy feel. The host is great and the hot tub a real treat! You wont regret coming here.

Lovely cottage and location

Lovely location and cottages. Instructions for parking prior to arrival were helpful. The cottage was warm, cosy and well equipped with all essentials. Tea, coffee and milk on arrival is much appreciated. The field at the back of the property is really good for people travelling with dogs, my dogs loved having a run over there.

Parking is a bit tight, especially if you have a large car. The heating pipes are quite loud. Personally I found the bed uncomfortable but I appreciate it's impossible to get a mattress that everyone likes. Could be cleaner.

Charming cottage with great facilities.

Cobweb cottages is a fantastic stay if you are need to pop over near Norwich. It has easy connections to the motorway and surrounding hidden gems like Wymondham. The cottage is larger than expected with a lovely kitchenette. It is very clean and tidy with everything you could need. Although we only stayed 2 nights, it would also be a great place to spend a week if needed.

Good value, quiet and comfortable

Extremely quiet location together with a comfortable bed was an ideal combination for a good night’s sleep.

Uneven steps down from the bedroom to the bathroom meant having to be extra vigilant when getting up for the loo in the dark during the night.

Other than the cleanliness it was a beautiful cottage the room looked exactly like the pictures.

It was a nice cozy cottage got in fine door was unlocked instructions were clear

As we got in the bins hadn’t been changed from previous guests used sanitary products and and old microwave meals rubbish left on the table. Didn’t see the owners at all during our 2 nights didn’t bother saying anything as didn’t want to ruin our stay or deal with the hassle as wasn’t here for long as this was our first impression was worried about all the cleanliness had questions was the bed sheets cleaned? are the plates and cups washed? but we tried to ignore it we stayed out for the day and only slept in the evening considering the photos the outside area is very small and stuff everywhere when we looked but the hot tub area looked nice. I hope the next guests got nice clean bins and room.

Amazing

We recently stayed here for a night on our way home. The whole experience was amazing, the cottage was lovely, well equipped and clean. The bed was extremely comfortable and I actually slept really well, the best nights sleep in ages. Joe was very friendly and helpful. The surrounding garden was amazing and it was so nice to be there. All in a great place and we will certainly visit again. Thanks for having us.

Great fun stay with kids

This is the second time we've visited and we will plan to come back again! Huge garden, fire in the evenings, wood oven pizza. Kids loved to spend time there looking at chickens every morning and playing in the garden and on the trampoline. The hot tub was great too. It's a very peaceful place and the owners are very helpful. Thank you Joe and Rebekah! Jaroslaw, Sjeane and kids.

Happy with what we got for the price.

Excellent comfy bed, friendly hosts, good location.

Very low door to bathroom which was very easy to knock your head on and on which I cut my head. Rather noisy fridge in room and noisy macerator in toilet which randomly operated at all hours and also sounds of mice in the loft, but being from a very rural area ourselves we are used to mice in lofts and appreciate it is quite common.We couldn't find a hairdryer and the internet dropped out frequently.

Lovely quiet place to chill out after a day of activity

Lovely for a short stay. Quiet and private with everything you need. Clean and well equipped. It's along country roads and I found it a little difficult to spot on my first pass but I turned around and came back and then saw it from the other direction. The parking inside the property through the archway was a bit tight and I was glad of my reversing camera to get out without scraping anything. I liked it so much, I booked another stay a week or so later when I am back in the area. Really charming place to stay.

I've lived in Cornwall so I'm used to driving along single track roads, meeting tractors coming the other way and I'm generally OK with that type of driving. If you are not used to driving on narrow country roads, you may find it a challenge, especially if you have a large car.

Wonderful, very relaxing , very pretty.

The location . The relaxed beautiful atmosphere , gardens , hot tub all so very lovely . Pretty little place . Would go again and enjoy the vibe here 😁

The parking , we were the first in so we were okay , but the others struggled a little and the cars parked in the courtyard spoiled the pretty area and took away from the peaceful relaxed feeling , which is a shame. Glad we were in the back lodge and not in the front lodges .

Great location for Snetterton circuit. Well appointed, cosy and quiet.

It’s not a ‘not like’ at all but just ‘be aware’, it’s Norfolk and the Vodafone phone data/signal isn’t strong - I can’t speak for other networks, obviously. Joe and Rebekah make note of this in the welcome book. Their WiFi is good. It’s not a complaint at all.
