This quaint island complex is nestled in the heart of Sanibel Island and features a relaxing vacation environment with the convenience of being so close to many island restaurants, shopping and the island-wide bike path. Stay just steps to the beach where you can enjoy your mornings shelling and sunning and savor the afternoons by cooling off in the heated community pool. Don't miss out on this incredible island oasis for your next Sanibel vacation!
Condo amenities include: 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms -- 1 King bed, 1 Queen bed (sleeps 4), Smart TVs (streaming only), WIFI available, shared heated pool, in-suite washer & dryer, screen & glass enclosed lanai, public BBQ gas grills, shuffleboards, 1 tennis & 2 pickle ball courts, elevators, covered parking. No Pets allowed. Bed linens and Bath towels included. Beach chairs, beach towels, and an umbrella are provided for added convenience.
Incidental Damage Benefit - We understand accidents happen! Every booking with Sanibel Vacations includes protection for those incidental accidents causing damage to the property. Applies to incidental damage only with limits. Details in rental agreement.
Smoking is prohibited (including e-cigs/vaping). NO SMOKING anywhere inside or outside the entire Sanibel Surfside complex. WE ARE NOW A 100% SMOKE-FREE PROPERTY.
7 night minimum rental period is required. This unit is non-smoking with a maximum occupancy of 4 people.

We stayed for a week in June and had a great time. The check in/out process was very easy through SBL vacations and we loved the convenience of ordering bikes for delivery and pickup when we arrived. The property is beautiful as advertised and had everything we needed for the beach including towels, beach toys, floats, chairs, and wagon. The property is located near lots of bike trails, restaurants and shops. The quick walk to the beach was easy with our 1.5 year old and all the gear. We enjoyed using the tennis courts, pool, shuffle board and grills that were all well maintained. Covered parking space was great to have, too. We will definitely be back and would happily stay here again.

Truly enjoyed our 10 day stay in this Surfside Condo. Unit has been recently updated and has an open kitchen that was the best stocked kitchen we have ever rented! We love to stay in and cook after a long day at the beach and this kitchen had every dish, tool and appliance that we needed. Beds were extremely comfortable and the unit was immaculate! 10 very large and plush beach towels for our use as well as umbrellas, beach chairs, boogie boards sand toys and a beach wagon to carry everything to the beach. We had a spectacular time. Will definitely stay here again.

Rating Details:The property manager was very helpful.The vacation rental was spotless.I was more than happy with the location.I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.Reviewer Comments:This condo was great-one of the nicest ones we've stayed in. I highly recommend it! I was initially disappointed in the lack of full beach view, but you can see a little bit of water from the lanai and the comfort and updated features in the condo made up for the decreased view. Short, convenient walk to the beach.
